Eligibility for returns or exchanges is subject to the following conditions: Products must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. All items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition—this includes being unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Footwear must be returned in their original shoe boxes, which should also be undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria, including items that show signs of wear, use, or improper care.
Certain products are excluded from our standard return and exchange policy. Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed jewelry, made-to-order clothing) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Intimate apparel, such as bras, underwear, and swimwear, can only be returned if the hygiene seal is unbroken and the item is in its original condition—this is to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Final sale items, marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” on the product page, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: First, log into your account on our website and navigate to the “Order History” section. Locate the relevant order and select “Request Return/Exchange,” then complete the online form by providing details such as the product name, order number, reason for return/exchange, and whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or store credit. Once your request is submitted, we will review it within 2-3 business days. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing a return authorization number (RA#) and detailed shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to a defective product, incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or style sent), or a shipping error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email, and you will not be liable for any shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages during the return transit. Please ensure the return authorization number (RA#) is clearly marked on the outer packaging of your return shipment—packages without a valid RA# may be refused or delayed in processing.
Upon receipt of your returned package, our team will inspect the items to verify eligibility. If the return is approved, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. For exchange requests, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you free of charge once the returned items are verified—please note that exchange availability is subject to product stock. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or store credit as an alternative.
In the case of defective or damaged products: If you receive an item that is defective (e.g., faulty stitching, broken hardware) or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos of the defect or damage. We will review your claim and, upon confirmation, offer a full refund, free exchange, or free repair (if applicable). You will not be required to return the defective or damaged item unless we specifically request it, and we will cover all associated shipping costs for such returns.
Store credit issued for returns is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be used for any future purchases on our website. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable. If you received a gift and wish to return it, you will be issued store credit in the amount of the original purchase price, as refunds are only processed to the original payment method.
